First Semester Experience

    Through my determination and passion I was able to passed the secondary level of education which is the high school. Back then I dreamed to be a worker in the finest and well known hotel in the world. Higher than that, is to be a manager in the hotel or to build my own restaurant. And I am persueing my dreams. Right now I took up BSHM course.

    On the first day of the first semester I was so nervous and excited. Nervous because I know that college life is more serious and complicated than high school. I have to face the new challenges and struggles in completing my dreams. Excited of meeting new friends and teachers in the institution. Because I know that their the one who gonna help and motivates me when I am having a problem in the lessons or in any problem that I'm gonna face. Because I know that my personality is not mature enough to face all of my problems. Especially in studying my lessons. That's the reason why I've got low grades in some of my subjects. I'm also excited in participating on the different activities and programs in the school. But it's not easy for me to adopt the new environment and the policy of the school. One of those hard times is when they release the clearance because we have to finish that before the final exam. The students are divided in two responsibilities. First is to complied all the requirement for us to have the signature for our clearance. Second is to have a personal review to our lessons for the final examination so that we can get a high grades. It adds burden to me and to the students to concur all of those problems. But anyways all of that is part of growing up.

    Thanks God! Because he gave me a friends and family that can help me to more responsible in studying my lessons, to be more serious in life and to be much stronger to face the reality that life is not easy to live with. I have no regrets of the course that I choose to studied. Because I know that in the future it can helps me and my family to have a better and fruitful life.
